Lee Ann’s mission lies in her dedication to improve culture in the workplace and ensure long term success for underrepresented groups. As a partner with Amphora Consulting, she is well-versed professional with expertise across the aerospace, defense, start-up and non-profit industries. 

Valuing authenticity and a purpose-driven life, Lee Ann advocates for women and girls’ access to education, participates with the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, and works to advance the cultures of diversity and inclusion in STEM. Using her unique background in engineering and sales, Lee Ann also leads fundraising efforts for non-profits.

A TEDx speaker and author of Perspectives: Authenticity in the Workplace, Lee Ann travels globally as a professional development speaker to deliver keynote presentations and workshops. Her inclusive style of speaking helps employers who value diversity to reduce turnover due to ineffective leadership and toxic workplace cultures.

She received her BS in Materials Science & Engineering from The Ohio State University and has advanced her career with experience in research, process scaling, manufacturing, proposal development, commercialization, business development, sales, marketing, licensing, and market strategy.
